RE: Broken Links and Redirects in Understanding and Techniques

As you know, we are not allowed to publish TR documents with links that are broken at the time of publishing. Each time we publish Understanding and Techniques, some of the links from previous versions go broken and have to be fixed or removed. Finding an updated link is the preferred option. Please help find fixed links for the following. I am also including redirects where it seems clear the redirect is saying "this link is broken so we're sending you to a general page".
