Techniques assignments

Following up on last week's call. This is a reminder that everyone on the WG should take a look at the "needed techniques" listing and pick 2-3 that they want to work on. The page has basic instructions on how to use the wiki page. I encourage you to edit only the section of the page that you are commenting on rather than the whole page at once. If you have trouble with the wiki format let us know, but in the table the main thing is that two vertical bars are used to define a cell boundary. The preview feature of the wiki is also helpful in seeing issues before making them live.

One of the key things to note is that you don't have to do EVERYTHING for a technique. For example, ff you are great at the description and procedure but can't do a code example to save your life, write "need help" in the example columns and we'll get it figured out.

Please take a look and grab a few techniques - thanks!
