No Techniques Meeting this week

James is away, we have finished our review of HTML5 techniques, and there
are no techniques ready for review. And as we discussed at this morning's
meeting, we are preparing to move more techniques work to the entire
working group.

Hold on to this slot - as we sort out how to do techniques work, we will
probably continue to use this meeting time.
