Hi Joshue, Andrew, all I'm a bit confused and surprised about the status of WCAG-EM. The WG-Survey said: "This survey is to seek approval for publication of the WCAG-EM Editor Draft of 29 November 2013 as a public _Working Draft_ for further review", but the actual status now is "Pre-Publication Draft" (final Working Draft).
