Great, please refer to these documents as they are a good place to 
familiarise yourself with creating WCAG techniques. [1] [2]

Also tomorrow evening ~ 8:30 CET there will be a 'WCAG Techniques call' 
hosted by James Nurthen, and this will be a good place to hang out in a 
get some ideas, or share any problems that you may come across. It will 
take place at 4pm EDT on Thursday.
