Hi
Is there a failure for content which has duplicate link info, like the
failure examples provided here: http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG-TECHS/H2.html?
(

<a href="products.html">
  <img src="products.gif" alt="Products page"/>
  Products page
</a>

)

Or is it just not best practice?
