Introduction

Hello everyone,

I have been asked to give you a quick introduction about myself, so here goes.

My main focus is User Experience for someone with an access issue to digital products, this is for multi-platform, including Web, Mobile, Gaming and Digital TV. I have been auditing web (and more recently mobile) products for the last 10 years or so against WCAG and MWBP. One of my biggest accomplishments I suppose to date is ensuring the accessibility of Channel 4 Paralympics 2012 website and mobile applications.

I work and Co-founded the Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC), which was set up 3 years ago as a not for profit social enterprise, providing Web development and Accessibility Testing services to organisations globally. DAC has two aims which is to provide employment opportunities and helping organisations achieve accessible platforms. Oh and we are based in South Wales, UK.

So that is pretty much it in a nutshell, and I look forward to getting involved.
