was on the IBM site, but not sure what happened. This fix has been

Subject: Broken links in Understanding and Technqiues



Here are the links in Understanding and Technqiues that have gone broken
and I don't easily know how to fix. If anybody knows of updated URIs,
please send them to me. I will make a cursory attempt to find updated URIs,
but if I am not able to easily I will remove those links before
publication.

A number of other links redirect to new locations. I will update the links
to avoid the redirect. I might find a couple other broken links when I do
this, as sometimes the redirects point to a non-existent resource.
