I've been rereading the aria-describedby... And also doing testing.

A few considerations in light of the recently published last call Longdesc
for HTML5, we may need to revise the comparison of longdesc and Describedby.

The big thing to consider is that longdesc explicitly described in page text
as well as a separate file...
