Survey for WCAG charter - Action needed in 48 hours

WCAG'ers - we need to add a couple of items to the charter and ask that you do a quick review and record your thoughts.  The items that we've been asked to mention explicitly are the Evaluation Methodology and the Accessibility Support Database, both as joint projects of the Evaluation and Repair Tools WG and WCAG, and both where most of the work is performed in a Task Force.  Please take a look and see what you think.
