[html-techs-tf] Update on ARIA techniques/Survey

Hi y'all,

Loretta has updated all of the techniques that have been already 
surveyed by the TF, in order to have a link from the technique itself to 
its respective survey. This will make later review much easier. [1]

Many thanks to both Loretta and David MacDonald (who originally mapped 
the techniques/surveys) for their help with this. From now on will all 
TF members add the URL of any related surveys to the 'Status' section of 
any techniques they are working on.
