R: ISO for WCAG

I’ve just buyed it. It is a cover page and an hardcopy of the WCAG 2.0 (only
normative part).

Does this mean that it's now official?

 

I notice the ISO document is only 2 pages long… does this mean that all it
says is "refer to the W3C"?
