TPAC Lyon airport logistics change

For those traveling to TPAC through Lyon airport for the HTML and ARIA
Techniques task force, if you were planning to take the train from the
airport to the city center, that train is suspended over the dates of
TPAC. Instead there is a replacement bus service. This is detailed at:
