Given our limited resources and the state of flux of HTML5 AT support etc...
After tying up the HTML5 techniques currently being worked on, we will focus
on completing WAI ARIA techniques before returning to HTML 5. 

By then AT support for HTML 5 should be better and the Spec will hopefully
have stabilized on accessibility issues.

We are in need of people to help write techniques for WAI ARIA.
