This is part of the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (SNPRM) issued Monday, news of which even made the White House! http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2011/09/20/department-transportation-cont inues-fight-accessibility There is a bunch of stuff in the SNPRM, so permit me to highlight the part that is of most interest to this group: http://regulationroom.org/air-travel-accessibility/issue-posts/accessibi lity-standards-websites/ A direct link to the docket for submitting comments is: http://www.regulations.gov/#!docketDetail;D=DOT-OST-2011-0177
