I think people are conflating Audio Description (caps) as a term of art with what WCAG actually requires. > the issue of audio description in Talking Head and similar scenarios is one of the biggest issues in trying to encourage AA compliance There is no concern for an exception. The situation is explicitly covered by the WCAG definition!
