Captcha Techniques

We've been asked to help improve the accessibility of captchas by
writing up some WCAG techniques that reflect current best practices.
Is there anyone who could work on this? You would explore what kinds
of Captcha implementations there are for providing access via
different modalities and draft some techniques that we could publish.
