Got it - I think - in the abstract for the techniques document as a whole? When submitting edits, please clearly identify the location of the needed edit. The easiest way to do that is to provide the URL - with fragment identifier - of the nearest heading in the document prior to the needed edit. Or at least say what the heading was, something to orient me.
