Re: Agenda for WCAG Face to Face

I'm sorry there was confusion about this.

The WCAG Working Group had requested space at the TPAC, in anticipation
of holding a meeting. However, we ended up deciding it was not going to
make sense to hold a meeting then, although we did schedule one a few
weeks earlier that we're now in. You can find the announcements of all
these decisions in recent meeting minutes and postings to the WCAG
mailing list.

Until we we were sure we wouldn't need the space at TPAC we held the
space, but did not expect anyone would sign up without having received
information from us about the plans. We recently canceled the
reservation which is why it disappeared from the survey.
