I had the action item to research tools available to users with vision problems such as colorblindness or low vision when a web page uses poor choices of color or contrast. These could be listed as resources for SC 1.4.1(Use of Color), SC 1.4.3 (Contrast Minimum) and SC 1.4.5 (Contrast Enhanced).
