No need to apologize - (they were not my sites anyway) 
I just thought the angle was unproductive. I wanted to show good ideas that
are in use for some groups - which I can not do.
Sorry if I came across as angry

Also the link to other specifications was just a single example of the many
guidelines out there, and I have reviewed others  for the list over the
years. My point was we have not done an excursive review of even the
information we have had access too.
