This is especially useful when the column containing
the row header is not the first column. (Both JAWS and
WinEyes treat the first row and first column as column
/ row headers by default.
As a practical note, I caution one to use SCOPE only
in cases where it is required like the case above.
That is because  not all screen readers support it,
and they fail to read any headers at all when they
encounter SCOPE.
