Attached is a revised baseline doc. Changes are 1) baseline is with small B in general. Couple exceptions. 2) Sample Baseline - changed to "example baseline" 3) Examples reformatted. See Examples 1,2,3 and the section just after. 4) the following edit. [was] Authors must ensure that all information and functionality of the Web content conforms to WCAG 2.0 assuming that user agents support only of the technologies in the baseline (and have them enabled). [new] Authors must ensure that all information and functionality of the Web content conform to WCAG 2.0 even when a user agent supports and uses only the technologies in the baseline.
