Hello, Here are a few links to help you get started; I'm sure others will have additional information. The W3C-WAI Education and Outreach Working Group has some useful materils on evaluation methodologh, there may also be some information on severice-level agreements in ther material about the business case for accessibility. http://www.w3.org/wai/eo is a good starting point for this. In addition, the Evaluation and Repair Tools Working Group maintains a database of evaluation and repair tools as well as other resources: http://www.w3.org/wai/er "Good design is accessible design." I'm not a developer but i'm working in a research project in Brazil in witch the main focus is in stablishing Service Level Agreements between general internet organizations and entities that have accessibility interests. Could someone help me with documents (articles etc.) that include definitions of metrics ou possibly some Accessibility SLA-based articles? This week i've subscribed myself to the mailing lists (html and talk). Thanks in advance. Sinésio Lima.
