Updated mapping of WCAG 1 to WCAG 2

Hi,

I have updated the mapping of WCAG 1.0 checkpoints to WCAG 2.0 success 
criteria to the latest internal draft (27 March). The file still has the 
deletion and insertion markup; if your browser supports alternate 
stylesheets, you can choose to view only the original, only the final 
version, or all the edits. There are also a number of comments and issues, 
which I will summarize in my next mail.
