Test 136 - All data tables contain th elements. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test136.html Test 137 - All layout tables do not contain th elements. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test137.html There has been a very large amount of discussion on the lists regarding the use of TH but I don't believe we've reached any agreement.
