ECMAScript Test #1

In response to my action from the the July 6 techniques telecon, here is a link to a draft document of ECMAScript test #1:

This test is used to prevent non-script capable browsers from failing to submit forms. It can be used in discussion of David McDonalds recent post regarding the challenges of creating scripting techniques and tests:
