I have Quality Assurance (QA)-related concerns with the recent recommendations regarding WCAG2.0 baseline and structure from CSUN face-to-face. How can these recommendations ensure/promote a consistent (and "uniform"?) application of "W3C quality practices" (from QAWG resource [1]) for WCAG2.0 across the Web worldwide? More specifically, how (if at all) do the recent recommendations affect the recent QAWG-WCAG coordination discussions involving QA SpecGL[2] (for example, in reference to techniques documents in addition to guidelines)? Thanks and best wishes Tim Boland NIST [1]: http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/ [2]: http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-qaframe-spec-20041122/
