Listed below are the changes made to the test suite in response to actions from our last teleconference. I've updated the 'Conformance Test Process' document to include the status of 'holding' (AKA "the bin"). This is where we can store tests until we decide what to do with them. They may be eventually moved into something like "optional" or perhaps accepted or rejected. These 2 tests have been assigned a status of "holding": 192 - Alt text for all input elements with a type attribute value of "image" does not use the words "submit" or "button" (English). http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test192.html 195 - Link text does not begin with "link to" or "go to" (English). http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test195.html These 3 tests have been "rejected": 34 - Relationship between frames must be described. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test34.html 35 - frameset must have a noframes section. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test35.html 36 - NOFRAMES section must contain text equivalent of FRAMES section. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test36.html These tests are now "pending": 31 - All frames have a title attribute http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test31.html 32 - All frame titles identify the purpose or function of the frame. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test32.html 33 - The source for each frame is accessible content. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test33.html 42 - All h1 elements are not used for formatting. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test42.html 43 - All h2 elements are not used for formatting. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test43.html 44 - All h3 elements are not used for formatting. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test44.html 45 - All h4 elements are not used for formatting. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test45.html 46 - All h5 elements are not used for formatting. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test46.html 47 - All h6 elements are not used for formatting. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test47.html 82 - All p elements are not used as headers. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test82.html 201 - All frame titles are not empty. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test201.html 202 - All frame titles do not contain placeholder text. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test202.html The tests 37 - 40 (don't skip header levels) are still "pending" due to the postings on the list.
