The HTML test suite has now been updated and is available for comment at: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/ I've created a document that lists the status of all tests in contention for the suite at: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/checkstatus.html There are now 28 tests that have been accepted by the group. Good progress! At the end of the status document I've listed 18 tests that relate to alt text. http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/checkstatus.html#alttests Not all of these tests have been accepted by the group but I've left them in until they're rejected. This list give you a feel of what the test suite is all about. It shows the types of things the tests cover and the level of granularity that we're using. I've included the results of the recent straw poll in these results. Comments appreciated. Chris
