Hi Wendy
Here re is my action item from this morning's Techniques call. There are
some links that can be added easily and are noted below. I've also suggested
editor notes and new bugs that would have had to been filed later anyway.
The exercise dovetails well with the End to End work and shows some of the
holes we still have between the Tech docs and the Guidelines.

- Is this is a "repair technique" because user agents aren't providing
enough fonts or do we need to provide a list of good font families to
