How is the text of SC1 at level 3 different from text of Guideline 2.1? Only the words "of the content" are missing in the guideline after "functionality". Guideline 2.1: Make all functionality operable via a keyboard or a keyboard interface. Level 3 Success Criteria for Guideline 2.1: 1. All functionality of the content is designed to be operated through a keyboard or keyboard interface. Related / similar issue already raised is: 1210. 2.1: what is the difference between level 1 and level 3 SC?
