Helen, Another approach to converting scanned documents would be to use the Paper Capture plug-in in Acrobat 5.0 or the Create Adobe PDF Online service at http://createpdf.adobe.com to OCR your document, then use the MakeAccessible plugin in Acrobat 5.0 to convert it to TaggedPDF. Loretta
