I would suggest that the CS draft is too late for the meeting, and issues
should be raised on the list to be discussed next week.

1. Checkpoint criteria: which should be normative (part of the rule),

It is expected that item 1 will consume most of the meeting time, but
if you have comments on the forthcoming CSS draft, please bring them
to the meeting.
