In working with the full wording of Guideline 3, the past few evenings, I have noted that the most important point that some of us have been trying to hammer home, the need to ILLUSTRATE, is still completely absent from the guidelines. I subsection of 3 needs to explicitely state that illustrations MUST be present if text is there. This needs to be of the highest priority.
