The technique involves removing 'BLINK' elements and is at: http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/IG/ert/#Technique7.2.A The guidelines are clear about this one, BLINK should not be used. http://www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT/#gl-movement The repair is to remove it or allow the user to change it to something else, such as STRONG.
