Selecting Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools Page Survey

Hello EOWG,
In lieu of the meeting Friday, 09 February, we have another approval to publish survey ready for your consideration.  Now that we have the Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools list ready to publish, the companion page that was updated also needs to be published.

The Approval to Publish survey<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/selectingtools_butterfly/> for the Selecting Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools<https://www.w3.org/WAI/test-evaluate/tools/selecting/> page is ready and will close on 19 February.  Since EOWG is NOT meeting on 09 February, we ask that you please use that time to do this survey.  The page is meant to be an introduction to the updated list, and it should be updated now that we are publishing the new list.
