Survey Approval to Publish - Diverse Abilities and Barriers and Tools and Techniques

Hello All,

As we discussed briefly on Friday, we have another Approval to Publish Survey<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/DABTTpages/> for your review. This survey is open as of today, and will close on 24 October 2023, giving you two weeks to complete the review.

There are two sections of the How People with Disabilities Use the Web resource that are the focus of this survey: the Diverse Abilities and Barriers section and the Tools and Techniques section.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
