EOWG Videos to do list - Deadlines listed in email

Hi Everyone,
 
Thanks for everyones input into the videos so far. This has really helped bring them on from the early edits to their current more polished form. There is still some work to do with the digital props and some work to create the compilations videos. 
 
Two areas that we are looking for your input on:
 
Order of videos in Compilations
Deadline: Close of day Sunday 18th December
 
The proposal is to use the order as presented in the video scripts page <https://wai-people-use-web-videos.netlify.app/people-use-web/videos/> as the default order.
 
We are looking to know if the position of any video within the compilation should be in a different position. This could be because it is a really good video that could benefit from being presented earlier or because there is a need to move the video somewhere later in the compilation.
 
Please send any thoughts on this to the chairs (group-eo-chairs@w3.org <mailto:group-eo-chairs@w3.org>) before close of day on the 18th.
 
 
Creating ideas for props
Deadline: Wednesday 4th January 2023
 
There are still a number of digital props that need to be created. There may also be props that need to be changed because now that we see them in the videos they don’t quite work.
Review the latest video edits <https://app.frame.io/reviews/5db381e9-8216-4fec-86c9-0a27b6ad05e6> specifically looking for and commenting on digital props that have problems. Please comment directly in frame.io and include an indication of priority either as ‘Must fix’ or ‘Could fix’. Anything marked as ‘could fix’ will be addressed if time is available.
Generate ideas for new props by adding them into the Props To Do <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QxY8taYi4q7EzUsJhS5NfckdJ7NZtLp9S24W1DC4e0k/edit> document. One of the hardest parts when creating the props is coming up with ideas or examples of what the prop could look like. Mocked up images, links to example sites or a detailed description of the props would be tremendously helpful.
