[EOWG] - Meeting Time and Agenda

Hello EOWG,

Reminder Note: The meeting time for the next two EOWG Friday Teleconferences (2nd and 9th) have been adjusted. Meeting time is 8:00am - 11:00am Eastern Time. This will ensure that we have enough time to go through all comments and discussions on Video project.

Key Preparation Work: We will receive the videos from the production company today (Thursday). We will send the links out as soon as possible. Please review all of the videos, make notes, and prepare to discuss any major issues or simple tweaks during the meeting tomorrow (Friday). U.S. participants, please plan to review videos today. Europe and other country participants plan time to review videos Friday morning prior to meeting. We will be able to work through any issue much faster if everyone has had a chance to preview them.
