[EOWG] - Meeting Schedule Update 01-02 & 08-09 December

Hello EOWG,

As mentioned in the last two Friday meetings, we are expanding our meeting schedule in December to ensure sufficient group feedback on the video project. Also requesting you to add video review time on Thursdays.

  *   Thursday 1st and 8th December: please schedule ~2 hours to independently review all 20 videos (ics calendar file attached)
  *   Friday 2nd and 9th December: please attend the ~3-hour EOWG meeting to discuss (ics calendar file attached)

We may also need to do this same schedule for 15-16 December depending on how the previous two weeks turn out.

Please use the calendar invites to set time appropriately on your own calendars.
