[EOWG] - New Survey - Complete by 27 Sept.

Hello EOWG,

We are getting very closed to wrapping up functionality and design of the Authoring Tools List resource. We have just opened a survey to ask some questions about the filtering categories so that some decisions can be made to finalize that part of the resource.
