Minutes and a task item for your attention

Greetings all,
The minutes to Friday's EOWG meeting

Questions have come up about the rewrite we did in the meeting for the
message to let user know "this is a new design for the tool."

If you did not attend friday's meeting, please review the minutes so you
understand the questions.
