COGA comments submitted - next steps

Greetings all,

Our group comments to the COGA TF are attached as submitted earlier today
to their group. Please note that not all comments were delivered to COGA.
Some of them were pretty granular (looking at you Sylvie, Vivki, Laura, and
Kevin) and we focused on high level structural things so may not have made
all the points you noted in the survey..

But they were good observations that will be useful to COGA. If you are up
