Extension of the Curriculum Survey

Hey dear friends,

Only four of us completed the curriculum survey - ouch!

This is such an important resource we would *really* appreciate it if you
can take the time before Friday's meeting to review and provide Daniel with
your valuable comments or approval as-is. So we reopened it and you will
find the survey for the next module of the WAI curriculum
<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/dacfrsilo/> [1] ready and waiting for
your feedback.

Thank you!
Sharron and Brent
