WCAG 2.1 update to Laws and Policies?

Is there a plan or expectation to update the Laws & Policies information
for WCAG 2.1 adoption?
Currently there seems to be *no* references mentioning WCAG 2.1
conformance.

For example, EN 301 549 has been update to now reference WCAG 2.1
EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08)
