Please update teleconference availability

Dear EOWG colleagues,

We have posted a new availability survey for EOWG meetings. It includes the
idea (once again) of trying to facilitate direct conversations between EO
participants in Europe and Australia. Please weigh in on that idea and just
as importantly, let us know your availability
