Last call for Accessible Media Resource input - and we *really* need it

Hi again folks,

Shawn extended the deadline by one day for completing the survey for Accessible
Media <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/Media-1-May-2019/> rough
concept draft. Your comments will guide Shawn's decisions around the
direction for this guide. Her hope is to take your comments to the face to
face meeting next week to get the fullest perspective possible.
