NOTICE: Friday 12/07 meeting for EOWG

Greetings all,

While we try to hone in on a better time for the Pacific region meeting, we
will continue to meet on the default Friday morning 8:30 am ET schedule.
That means we have a meeting this Friday and I would encourage all to
attend who can do so.

Here's the thing. Denis Boudreau and his merry band of volunteers have been
thinking hard about the Roles and responsibilities Matrix and have some
exciting progress to share. He just walked us through it at the planning
meeting and it is a truly splendid thing to behold.  This Friday he will
introduce all of EO to the foundation and framework and begin asking for
your review and comments.

Once you have the orientation from this week's meeting we will use next
week's hours to explore and comment. So try to attend if possible and in
any case, please follow the minutes and the detail coming up in Work for
this Week.

We will update the agenda later on today and ping the list when it is up.
