Bad link on EO site

Hello,

I just noticed that from https://www.w3.org/WAI/users/browsing <https://www.w3.org/WAI/users/browsing>, clicking on the “Design for inclusion” link in the left menu does not lead to the https://www.w3.org/WAI/users/ <https://www.w3.org/WAI/users/> section.
